feat(P2-M5): Phase 2 acceptance - automated tests + frontend manual verification

Acceptance Tests:
- test_acceptance.py: 23 backend API verification points (all passing)
- test_integration.py: 55 dual-system integration points (all passing)
- test_analytics.py: 6 analytics service unit tests (all passing)
- Frontend build: vite build success (12.80s)
- ASCII check: all .py/.ps1 files pure ASCII

Frontend Manual Verification (browser automation):
- Projects page: backend connected, 6 projects displayed
- Experience page: stats cards, filters, import/similar/refresh buttons
- Import from Plan: import 4 cases with auto-generated conclusion
- Edit case: modify conclusion, save success
- Dashboard: stats cards + trend chart + pareto chart + sensitivity chart + results table
- Find Similar: search with Airgap=1.0,RMSCurrent=20, found 100% match

Docs:
- README.md update to V1.0 (Phase 2 complete)
- CONVERSATION_LOG.md: P2-M5 acceptance record

Phase 2 (P2-M1 ~ P2-M5) fully completed and accepted.
